1) How much is the delivery charge?

TLPOULTRY FOODS offers FREE shipping for Purchase above RM150 which around Negeri Sembilan area . Purchase below RM150, delivery charges is RM10 for Port Dickson area . Delivery outside of Port Dickson , we will charge RM20 for delivery fees for every delivery point. Minimum order required for outstation (Outside of Negeri Sembilan ) is RM300 per order.

2) How long does product delivery take?

  • 1. For orders placed before 10AM (Mon – Sat, excl. public holidays), products will be delivered within 1-3 business day.
  • 2. For orders placed on Saturday after 10AM or over the weekend, products will be delivered out on the following Tuesday.

3) Can I schedule the delivery of my order?

Our courier service providers are unable to provide scheduling of deliveries; therefore, we cannot guarantee delivery of your order for a specific time or date.

1) Can I make an online purchase without registering an account on the TLPOULTRY FOODS website?

No Register as Member and you can select our Products.

  • 1. Choose the product you want, add to cart and proceed to Checkout
  • 2. At Checkout, enter your delivery information and choose your payment method
  • 3. Place your order

1) How do I register on the TL POULTRY FOODS website?

Click on the SIGN UP button on the top right corner of the website and you will be directed to an online registration form. Fill in accordingly and accurately in order for us to serve you better.

2) Forgot my password?

Click on the Forgot Your Password link in the Sign In page. You will be directed to the password retrieval page. Enter your e-mail address and we will immediately send a temporary password to you. Once you have successfully accessed your account, remember to update your password immediately.

3) How do I change my contact or address details?

You can go to My Account and manage your details there.

4) If you haven’t received a confirmation email from us, please check your spam filter or junk mail folder as it may have made its way there. If you find it please be sure to identify the email as ‘not junk’ or ‘non-spam’ email.

  •      There will be a delivery charge impose if you require us to deliver your goods to you. The amount of delivery charges will be tabulated after the product has been completed.

    1) How do I return an item?

    We want you be 100% satisfied with your product purchased. If you'd like to return or exchange an item, please contact our helpful Customer Service team + Monday to Sunday from 9.30am – 5.00pm for assistance.

    2) How do I request for a refund?

    3) I have received a damaged /faulty / incorrect product! How can I request for a product exchange?

    Kindly contact Customer Service at +6 06-651-4631. Monday to Sunday from 9.30am – 5.00pm for assistance. An exchange will be made for products of equal or lower value. Shipping chargers will be paid upon your own digression.

    4) When will I receive my exchanged product(s)?

    All product exchanges take up to Seven to Fourteen (7-14) working days (excluding Public Holidays) for processing and delivery.

    If you decide to return our products, you have up to 2 weeks for us to refund . The refund we can only do for goods which is expired on the date which was purchased. We are committed to creating a better online service from top to bottom. The return fee will help us to offer fast and free shipping.
